Join us for our Tuesday Group Coaching Program, offering fitness sessions, skills training, and Box Ladders. You can participate in one or all of these programs. Please note that for the Box Tournament, it's important to arrive 15 minutes before the start time at 7:00 pm to ensure you get placed in a team.

Box Ladders

Tuesday 6:45 pm – Finish

A Box Ladder is a tournament format structured as a series of round-robin matches (boxes), where each participant competes against every other player in their group. At the end of each period, players are reorganized based on their performance, with some moving up (promotion), others moving down (relegation), and new entrants being added to the mix.
